The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from the town center. It was also conveniently close to the Geneva airport, making it a great choice for travelers. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with carrying our luggage and making dinner reservations. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
That some of the rooms faced the street, which could be a bit noisy at times.

Very quiet and secure. Friendly staff. Location is good if you have a car - not far from the lake or center of Divonne-les-Bains and via freeway Geneva airport.
Room was not in the main building and had an air conditioner that barely worked. The curtains are see through, so for privacy have to lower the electronic metal gate. If you are privacy sensitive or worried about break in, this is not for you. The shower was missing a curtain, but they told me they will address this.

- Clean and big rooms. Close to the Paléo festival.
- The hotel is gettting old and the decoration is not fashion anymore.

The location of this hotel was great, close to the center of the town and near public transportation. the rooms were clean and the bathroom was well maintained. There was a good selection of food offered for breakfast.
The outdated and uncomfortable furnishings were disappointing. the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The lady that runs the Hotel is incredible. She provided a three star Hotel with five star hospitality. The Hotel is very Cozzy and is in a little Village. It is about 10 minutes from the train station by car so you have access to other cities such as Geneve. there is a little town about three minutes away by car with resturants, pubs, and even a casino. there is also a grocery store about two minutes away (walking distance). it is a small peaceful Hotel with around 24 rooms. the owner is extremely nice and will serve you well. the staff is also very nice, respectable, courteous and trustworthy. Every morning there is a nice little breakfast buffet. I really recommend this cozzy Hotel and will be back myself one day.
No Complaints

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was top-notch. The hotel facilities were also impressive, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, as it was close enough to the town center to easily explore all the attractions. Additionally, being very close to the Old Town and the Geneva airport made it even more convenient for us.
Could not be improved in any way.

Quiet location, within easy reach of Geneva and better priced than Swiss hotels. Rooms in the new part are modern and clean, but airco can't cool down enough on hot days.
Main building has no charm at all. Rooms + furniture are somewhat old fashioned. Definitely not a 3 star-impression, just enough for a French 2 star. It's ok for one night, but wouldn't recommend this place for a longer stay.

The problem was that Booked.net had booked me on a wrong date end of April. It was a problem to settle the final payment with the hotel, because a friend of mine insisted to pay my bill. Thus because of your lack of ability to correct the date of my sojourn to the right one in August, when reserving the room for two nights, I lost € 15, corresponding to your fee for the hotel reservation. I think that such clumsiness is harmful to both your firm and to the hotel. Best regards Sven MOGENSEN
The hotel had in its publicity in the room announced that "eggs" were part of the breakfast buffet menu. This proved not to be the case. As a general remarque I should mention that unfortunately many hotels do not include the breakfast in the room price. Officially it is due to the different vat rates, but in fact it hides the total costs. In this way hotels, notably in France make an effort to let the customer think that the price is lower. It reminds me of "cheap" air companies with extras on the price offer which can make the extras more expensive than the air fare. Best regards Sven MOGENSEN

This hotel is very close to the center of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local area. Additionally, its proximity to the Geneva airport is a major advantage for travelers. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day.
The only minor flaw we experienced was some noise from the street side rooms.

A very nice hotel in a very nice village. Our room was clean and tidy, a little on the small side but adequate. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There is plenty of off street parking and the hotel is very quiet. The location is about a 20-30 minute drive from the airport and a very cost effective alternative to Geneva. A car is essential if you are flying out of Geneva.

This hotel is an excellent value for the price, offering comfortable rooms with a balcony and a delicious breakfast. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, being very close to both the town center and the Geneva airport.
Noise from the street can be a bit bothersome.

Great quiet, safe location within walking distance of Divonne town facilities. Staff were great. Breakfast was verry good. Motorbikes well catered for with garage. Arriving late was not a problem (with advanced warning).
Nothing of note.
